Bathgate Renews Caldy Shirt Sponsorship for 2023/24

The rugby season has kicked off again this month and once again, Bathgate are Caldy RFC’s proud 1st XV Shirt sponsors.

Bathgate Group has sponsored the RFU Championship team for more than a decade now, with company owner and chairman, Rod Walker, and Bathgate Business Finance Managing Director, Gordon Andrews, both being ex-players for the team, with Rod also having previously served as President of the club.

Bathgate Business Finance MD, Gordon Andrews, said: “Our business is rooted in the Wirral community and supporting and celebrating Caldy’s success, as our local team, recognises the importance of sport’s role in uniting that community.

“It’s an even greater honour to support and share this journey as a past player of the club and like many I am extremely excited to see what the new season brings.”

As well as being one of the club’s main sponsors, Bathgate Business Finance has also supported the team as a client in the past to secure finance for kitchen equipment in the clubhouse and continues to offer financial support and advice.
