Secured and Asset Finance for New Pub

Opportunity:

The client had acquired premises to open as a new pub/restaurant & hotel – this was a very old building requiring extensive works which would be costly and would eat up cash flow reserves.

Approach:

We arranged this funding secured against the client’s home property for the building works plus additional funds for the fit out.
