Property finance for the purchase of a hotel

Opportunity:

The client needed urgent finance to assist with the purchase of the hotel they were operating from.

Approach:

Accounting information was limited and with current owners pushing for a quick sale, we needed to select a funder who could overcome these issues.

Solution:

We introduced a secured funder who met the client and was able to assess the proposal based on management information.  Longer term we plan to switch to a commercial mortgage and our working closely with this client.
