Property Investment – Interest Only Loan

We negotiated a 10 year interest only loan extension for this property investment client.

Opportunity:

The client’s existing interest only loan on its investment property was due to expire. As projected cash flow was tight, a further interest only period was required.

Approach:

We spoke to a number of potential lenders involving extensive negotiations, to obtain an offer of interest only finance.

Solution:

In the end, the existing mortgage provider agreed to renew the loan for a further 10 years on an interest only basis.
