Client required additional finance to assist with the completion of a new hotel

Opportunity:

We were introduced to a new client who required additional finance to complete a new hotel project.

Approach:

Although security was available for any loan, as this was a new venture, it was essentially a financial projection based lend. Consequently, not every property lender was interested and we used our skills to find a solution.

Solution: 

A secured loan but on an interest only basis was provided. This loan will switch to a longer term capital and interest facility once trading figures support this move.
