Combined Loan and Invoice Finance Facility

Opportunity:

The client required finance to assist with manufacturing costs and to accommodate strong seasonal demand at Easter, Halloween and Christmas.

Approach:

Options were limited in the market place, as the funder needed to focus on current and future financials and provide finance with no personal guarantee.

Solution:

A combined £7.1 million Invoice Finance/Loan facility was completed. The funder worked closely with client to both understand the business and negotiate an early transfer from their current invoice finance provider.
