Release of funds to assist with existing arrears.

Opportunity:

This client urgently needed funds to assist with clearing lending arrears and additional cashflow due to issues with their business.

Approach:

The client discussed a number of options with us, and the only option left available was to leverage finance against his unencumbered holiday let to release the capital he needed.

Solution:

Due to credit issues, we had to approach our panel of specialist lenders to find a solution. A lender was found and we managed to obtain the funds required to put the trading business back on track with lenders and continue trading. By clearing the arrears, they negotiated better payment terms on their other loan with their existing lender which helped ease cash flow further.
