We helped this customer obtain a bank approval

Opportunity:

The client required funding to commit a closed bid of £610K for agricultural property which needed to be completed within 55 days.  The plan was to operate their trading business from there.

Approach:

Bathgate worked quickly with the client to come up with solutions and give them confidence to submit a bid.

Solution:

Bathgate obtained finance to cover both shortfall in deposit and commercial mortgage with a specialist agricultural funder.  Working closely with funders and solicitors to meet timescales. Plus, once revised planning completed, a mainstream bank approval was in place.
