Unsecured Loan for a Newsagents

Opportunity:

Customer was looking for a short term unsecured loan he can pay back early should he decide to do so.

Approach:

The customer got in touch explaining time was of the essence, and that he wanted a straight forward commercial loan unsecured on a property. He was happy to give a Personal Guarantee.

Solution:

We arranged a loan for him based on a two year deal with the option to settle early, having no penalties and only interest to settle as he requested.
