Finance to Increase Property Portfolio

Opportunity:

The client wished to increase their property investment portfolio, with the purchase of an additional property.

Approach:

The current portfolio was free of finance, and whilst all had tenants in place, the level of rental income was low in comparison to the market.

Solution:

Finance was taken against the existing portfolio and debt service was supported through both personal income and investment income. Client also has reviewed rentals with a view to increase these.
