Bridging Loan for Urgent Purchase of Investment Property

The client had seen an investment property in London in need of full heavy refurbishment. To agree a discounted price we needed to complete in four weeks and due to the size of the borrowing the lending was very price sensitive.

Approach:

We negotiated terms with funder and worked with on process to allow for speed of transaction.

Solution:

One hundred percent of purchase price was agreed with additional security at 0.57% within timescales required with exit finance in motion to minimise time on bridging loan.
